Additions & Renovations - The scope included maintaining original camp structure, including masonry fire place, integrate character of existing camp with new additions, & provide self supporting structure for new additions.

Private Residence Relocation
Structurally supported and divided into 8 sections, SMSA worked together with the contractor, Mike Harvey to design and execute a plan to move this 100 year old family residence to a new location. A new foundation was designed and constructed to place the existing residence on. The original stone work was salvaged and restored on the foundation & fireplace.
Adirondack Great Camp
SMSA has provided a variety of Architectural & Site design services, including additions to existing residences, drainage, boathouse reconstruction, and accessibility improvements.
North Bay Residence
Design of this Lake front camp included demolition of the existing and design of a new energy compliant residence on the existing foundation. The design captured the views of Oneida Lake.
Residence Addition
The finished addition for this old Farmhouse included a large kitchen and dining room, with an accessible Master Suite and private living space. A place to call home and enjoy with all their family in one place.
Carriage House Addition
This 30' x 40' Carriage house addition provided an extension to the existing residence. The design included a three-stall garage, connected to the existing entry of the residence, as well as a private entrance to the second floor of the carriage house living space.
