Conceptual Development for Site Plan Review providing various housing types including Apartments & Townhouses on a 6.7-acre site. The overall design provided 24 Apartments in a two-story building, three detached garage buildings accommodating twenty-four single stall garages, and three four-unit townhouses on the upper elevation of the site.
