Heartford Luxury Apartments
As part of a larger site plan development, this 37-unit four-story building was the first to be constructed on the developer’s site. The building included individual garages and storage rooms at grade level, and three additional stories of two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments. SMSA provided full Architectural & Engineering Services, with limited Structural & MEP Engineer subconsultants utilization.
