The original room over the garage and exterior appearance of the home provided limited daylight and space. The Homeowner's desired a room with ample daylight, tall ceilings and greater efficiency of space. The final renovation included a master bedroom, master bathroom, and walk-in closet. The renovation involved a complex rafter framed roof system which provided windows on the front of the house over garage improving the exterior appearance of the home.
